How much would you charge to handle my case?

At the outset, we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your case and help you determine how to move forward.

From there, we will handle your case on a “contingency fee basis,” that means you only pay for our services if we make a financial recovery for you.  These recoveries typically come in the form of a settlement or a jury verdict. When the recovery is made, our fee comes out of the money awarded. There are no upfront fees or charges whatsoever.

Additionally, while we are litigating your case, we cover all of the expenses.  These expenses include things like paying to retain medical experts, hiring investigators to investigate your case or track down witnesses, paying to take depositions and to obtain your medical records, as well as many others.  We understand that most individuals and families that are injured, or those that suffer the loss of a loved one, do not have the resources available to pay to hire an attorney and to pay for all of the expenses that come along with litigating a case.  We take care of these expenses during the litigation so you can focus on your recovery or dealing with the tragic loss of a loved one.

The percentage that we charge ranges from twenty percent to forty percent (20% – 40%), depending on the type of case and when the recovery is made.  If there is no recovery, there is no fee for our services, and you are not responsible for the expenses that were incurred.
