Eve Elsen is an associate at Ogg, Murphy & Perkosky, P.C. Eve focuses her career on helping injured individuals and obtaining successful settlements and verdicts for those injured as a result of negligence in motor vehicle accidents, slip & falls and wrongful death. Eve also represents individuals injured during their employment and has secured settlements in excess of $1,000,000 as well as many successful workers’ compensation decisions. In addition, Eve also handles criminal matters including DUI’s, drug possession, theft and assault and has successfully tried and won numerous cases for her clients.

Eve is a 2010 graduate from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh where she graduated J.D. Cum Laude. While attending Duquesne University, Eve received the Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. In 2006, Eve graduated with honors from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Eve is a member of various associations including Allegheny County Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association Workers Compensation Section, Allegheny County Bar Association Criminal Law Section and Pennsylvania Bar Association. Eve was also awarded Top 40 under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association for both 2019 and 2020. She was also elected to membership to the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County in 2020.

Eve is also very active in the local community of Pittsburgh. Eve is a member of the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and is a board member of Philoptochos, a group of women who are devoted to helping the church and Pittsburgh community. Eve is also active in her local North Side neighborhood and participates in the East Allegheny Community Council who are responsible for organizing events and fundraisers for the East Allegheny Neighborhood of the North Side. Eve also volunteers for the Children’s Museum and previously served as an Ambassador. In 2014, Eve co-founded the Young Professional Board of the Red Cross of Western Pennsylvania and coordinating Club Red organization and served as its President for two years. In 2016, Eve also co-founded the Millennial Group of Pittsburgh, a group of like-minded young professionals involved in non-profit organizations. Eve is also active in several women-run organizations, including Pittsburgh Women Leaders, and is focused upon elevating women in business. Eve has spent time in Greece and in China and speaks both Greek and Mandarin. Eve lives with her husband and her two young sons and is proud to call the North Side of Pittsburgh home.
